Pain and Wellness Group of Lexington, KY is the brainchild of Dr. David Barrett. Today, Pain and Wellness Group has evolved into a full-service clinic for patients interested in improving their health. We offer a variety of services, including spinal screenings, massage therapy, nutritional counseling, lifestyle advice, corrective exercises, non-narcotic pain management (large joint injections, trigger point injections, etc.), and chiropractic care.

Dr. Barrett is a graduate of East Kentucky University who has been practicing chiropractic medicine since 2004. Dr. Barrett and Dr. Michael Growse work together at Pain and Wellness Group to provide the best chiropractic care and pain management services to residents of the Lexington, KY area.
